Christopher Fang joined Mengniu Dairy Group as CIO in July, 2015, and takes the full responsibilities for informatization strategy planning of the Group as well as the informatization of various business sectors.

Christopher has 17 years of experience in consumer products in Global Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Mengniu, he worked for 14 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (China), the world’s largest brewer, and then worked for 3 years at Tesco, the world’s third largest retailer, responsible for the informatization program in China.

During this period, Christopher has accumulated rich experience in constant operation and service of informatization program, enterprise M&A and integration, as well as informatization-driven business transformation and innovation, and has made significant contributions to the transformation and sustainability of companies at different stages. Christopher Fang graduated from Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. Currently, he is undertaking the Washington University-Fudan University EMBA Program.

Howard Yin is currently the Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer with Haier Group and a 20+ year information technology veteran.

In his role as CIO for Haier Group, Mr. Yin is leading the group’s shared IT services (Digital Technology Services Group), in addition to be responsible for enterprise architecture, strategic technical direction in spaces such as cloud computing, big data, information security…etc., as well as key information systems. Mr. Yin is also leading an effort to drive company’s digital transformation. Prior to Howard’s career with Microsoft, he has worked in telecommunication, pharmaceutical and financial industry focus in the database technology.

Tiffany has 20+ years experience of IT management in financial service industry. She started as solution architecture and project manager in IBM financial service sector, and later on joint PWC consulting as principle IT strategy consultant. She began her CIO career after join AIA China, a life insurance company and now works in ICBC-AXA, a JV life insurance company of the largest bank ICBC and the largest insurance company AXA.
